Bluewater Project Management Services, LLC
Training
Bluewater offers skills training in a variety of
project management related subjects. These classes are designed to
ensure that every participant understands the principles of project
management and can effectively apply project management tools.
All of our training classes, including both project management and
software classes, are customized to the clients' specific environment,
staff, and needs. This includes material, class duration and teaching
style. Contrary to traditional, curriculum-driven classes, this
situation-specific, results-oriented training ensures that project
managers and team players are equipped for their particular needs
in a time-effective manner.
Our courses provide individuals and organizations with a thorough
understanding of the project management principles set out by the
Project Management Institute (PMI®) and are illustrated with
examples from the experiences of the Bluewater
teaching staff. Our instructors are project and scheduling
professionals with extensive experience managing projects of all
types and sizes. Their intimate familiarity with project management
principles and real project situations enables them to effectively
lead students through those concepts most directly applicable to
their specific project challenges.
Bluewater has recently provided training for The Boeing
Company, Microsoft, City of Everett, Washington State Patrol and
