The Bluewater team includes engineers from a number of disciplines
who have a broad background in construction projects ranging from
small to large, from conventional to fast-track and from industrial
plants such as oil platforms and pulp and paper mills to commercial
buildings and schools. The Bluewater team can provide
an objective, third party review of design - saving time and money and
reducing frustration throughout the project life.
A few of the constructability review services Bluewater
can provide include insights into design presentation, alternative materials,
potential risks and more efficient or economic methods of building. In
order to derive the greatest value from Bluewater's
insights, our constructability review
should ideally begin at schematic design. At later stages of design,
the reviewers can focus on information presented on the drawings in order
to reduce the frustration and potential delay caused by an influx of
Requests for Information (RFI) after construction has commenced. Similar
reviews for large change requests can also prove to be very cost effective.
